Quality & Certifications

Documented quality that survives an audit

Aerospace and defense buyers don't just want good parts — they want proof. Our quality system is built to deliver conformance and the records that back it.

Certifications

Certifications & registrations

Held credentials and those actively in process — stated honestly, because primes verify them.

Process

Quality control, step by step

A consistent path from drawing review to documented shipment, applied to every job.

  1. 01

    Contract & drawing review

Every job starts with a review of the drawing, specs, and special-process requirements to confirm capability and capture quality clauses.

  2. 02

    First-article inspection (AS9102)

New or revised parts receive a documented first-article inspection with a full ballooned drawing and dimensional report.

  3. 03

    In-process inspection

Operators and quality verify critical features in-process, with SPC on key characteristics for production runs.

  4. 04

    Final inspection & metrology

CMM, vision, and surface metrology confirm conformance to print before any part leaves the building.

  5. 05

    Documentation & traceability

Material certs, special-process certs, and a Certificate of Conformance are compiled and retained with full lot traceability.

Metrology

Inspection capabilities

  • Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
  • Optical comparators & vision systems
  • Surface roughness / profilometry
  • Height gauges, micrometers, calibrated hand tools
  • Hardness testing
  • Gauge R&R and calibration program (NIST-traceable)
